Flashes "Tracksters" make a good showing at the Central Jersey Track & Field Sectional Meet

The Flashes Boys Track Team finished fourth in team standings as Chris "Iron Man" Salaga and John "The Beast" Allen garnered first place finishes in the javelin & discus respectively. John also had a fifth place finish in the shotput. Joining them in the medal depaetment were: Matt "The Rabbit" Belcher 2nd in the 110 high hurdles and fifth in the 400 meter hurdles, Kevin "Blazin' Caucasion" Linico 2nd in the100 meter dash, "Terriffic" Tyler Foehr 3rd in the javlin and DJ "The Jock" Pittenger 5th in the triple jump.

The Lady Flashes didn't fare quite as well but did manage to pocket some medals: sophomore Emily "QuickFoot" Ivins was 4th in the 800 meteres and 6th in the 3,200 meters, freshman Sarah "Too Much" Muchowski was 4th in the 1,600 meters and 6th in the javelin, senior Jessica "Domino" Domiano 5th place in the 400 hurdles, senior Elizabeth "E-Z Liz" Shaffer 6th place discus.
