Flashes The Flashes Guys used seven first place finishes, a 1,2,3, finish in the 100 meters and a slew of second and third place finishes to get their first Freedom Division win of the season
The Lady Flashes put up nine first place finishes to post their second Freedom Division win of the season
Kevin "Blazin' Caucasian" Linico crosses the finish line in the 100 meters ahead of his two teamates for a 1,2,3 finish
Shaquan Hill wins the Boys High Jump for "City", Sarah "Too Much" Muchowski takes second place for the Flashes Gals.
Sarah also won the javelin. Other first place finishers for the Flashes Gals were: Emily "Emy" Ivins in the 800 & 3,200 meters, Jessica "Jay-Dee" Diamino in the intermediate hurdles & pole vault, Talaya "Lil Tee" Loran in the long jump, Molly "Big Smiley" Fitzpatrick in the triple jump and Chakera "Sugar" Hightower in the shot put. The Lady Flashes took second in 3,200 meters, shot put, high hurdles, 100 and 200 meters, 1,600 meters, 400 meters, discus and swept the javelin.
For the Flashes Guys, Justin "Jet" Stone won the 400 meters, Matt "The Rabbit" Belcher was a double winner taking both the high and intermediate hurdles. Anthony "Antman" Diamiano took the pole vault, DJ "Super Jock" Pittinger won the triple jump, John "Herculese" Allen had a caree best 142' winning toss in the discus and Chris "Iron Man" Salaga won the javelin. The Flashes guys also had second place finishes in the javelin, shot put, long junmp, 100 meters, pole vault (another 1, 2, 3 finish), 200 meters, 1,600 meters and 3,200 meters
